Henry Barker has over three decades of experience in electrical design and project management. Currently the owner of Hanks Sports (Discount Firearms) since February 2013, Barker specializes in firearms sales, ammunition, special orders, background checks, and intrastate firearms transfers. Additionally, Barker serves as the Secretary for the IES Cleveland Section 8, contributing to the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America. As a Senior Electrical Designer at Karpinski Engineering since June 2006, Barker provides expertise in power systems studies, arc-flash analysis, lighting design, troubleshooting, and construction services. Previous experience includes roles at Tec Inc. Engineering & Design and Oster Electric, where Barker focused on electrical design and project management. Educational credentials include studies at Cleveland State University and Lakeland Community College from 1986 to 1988.
