Nick is an experienced lawyer and company secretary with over 15 years’ experience in corporate and commercial law, including particular expertise in public and private M&A, equity and debt capital markets, energy and resources and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Karoon, Nick was a Head of Legal at ENGIE ANZ and before that worked in top tier law firms in Australia and London.
