Robert Harris has extensive experience in academia and research, currently serving as the Academic Vice President of Doctoral Education at Karolinska Institutet, overseeing the PhD education of over 2000 students and implementing innovative quality assurance measures. As a Professor in Immunotherapy within Neuroinflammation, Robert leads research aimed at developing novel immunotherapies for neurodegenerative diseases, achieving significant grants and publications. Utilization of prior roles, including Senior Researcher and Central Director of Doctoral Education, further showcases Robert's commitment to advancing doctoral education and research collaboration. Active in consultancy for Diamyd Medical AB, leadership in ORPHEUS, and various teaching roles, Robert's contributions span quality assurance in biomedicine and international research partnerships.
