Ilhan Ozgur (Ahmedov) has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ilhan is currently working at Karo Healthcare as the Global Marketing, Squad Lead for Digestive Health. Prior to this, Ilhan worked at Unilever, where they held various roles. Ilhan was the Business Lead for Oral Care in Europe and Global Mouthwashes, responsible for executing category plans and delivering business results. Ilhan also led the restage of the portfolio with new product technology, bottle, and pack design. Ilhan served as the Marketing Lead for Oral Care in Europe and Head of Europe, managing cross-functional teams and brand deployment across the region. Additionally, they were the Marketing Manager for Hair Care in Turkey and the Senior Global Brand Manager for the Household Cleaning Category. Ilhan began their career as a Marketing Intern at The Coca-Cola Company, where they were responsible for coordinating various projects and activations.

Ilhan Ozgur (Ahmedov) obtained a degree in Business Administration from Boğaziçi University, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. In 2023, they completed a course on Developing Yourself as a Leader at Harvard Business School.
