Cecilia Thurell has extensive experience in operational leadership within the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Currently serving as Head of Operations projects at Karo Pharma since May 2017, Cecilia has also held positions such as Head of Manufacturing and Operations Projects and Head of Operations at the same company. Prior to this, Cecilia worked as Projektledare Operations at Karo Pharma Sverige AB and Logistics Manager at MASIMO Sweden AB. Additional experience includes roles as Supply Manager at Swereco Group AB, Product Manager Medical Devices at Swereco Rehab AB, and Product Manager at Item Development AB. Early career positions include Production and Procurement at Oden Control AB and consulting at Samarbetande Konsulter AB. Cecilia holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Physics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, earned between 1994 and 1999.
