Ivo van der Pauw has a long history of work experience. In 2007, they began working as a Klassen Assistant at De Klaverweide + De Flierefluiter + De Mozarthof. In 2009, they became the Bar Manager at BeachClub Vroeger Bloemendaal. In 2012, they were a Junior Project Manager at SyndiQate and a Project Manager at IvoPauw. In 2014, they were a Creative at NewsLab. In 2016, they joined the Thuishaven team as a Managing Partner B2B. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Co-Founder at Karma Kebab.

Ivo van der Pauw completed a Bachelor's Degree in Communications media, advertising and reputation at Inholland University of Applied Sciences between 2009 and 2014.
