Pippa Dowson is an experienced ecommerce manager at Karma Resorts since April 2015, overseeing online sales and digital presence for the Karma Group's European resorts, while collaborating with the central reservations team to optimize conversion rates, content, and promotions. Prior to this role, Pippa served as an events coordinator in the Sales and Marketing department, planning timeshare events and special offers. Earlier in the career, Pippa worked as a front office supervisor, managing a team and handling guest relations. Pippa's experience includes a sales consultant position at Michael Spiers Jewellers, specializing in luxury watch brands and jewellery, and holds a foundation degree in Early Childhood Education from Truro and Penwith College.
