Phil Calvert possesses extensive experience in vehicle architecture and engineering within the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Director of Vehicle Architecture & Packaging at Karma Automotive since May 2022, Phil has previously held significant roles at Stellantis as the Global Lead for Concept and Development of EE Harness and Distribution Box from February 2020 to May 2022. Phil's tenure with FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles spanned nearly 25 years, where notable positions included Manager of the Packaging Team Lead for the Grand Cherokee, Architecture Application Responsible for Global Midsize Vehicles, Project Responsible for W Family Chassis Programs, and Project Chief for Truck Chassis Programs. Phil's career began in various engineering positions focusing on product development and quality. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Oakland University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cedarville University.
