Michelle Roberts is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Karis Disability Services since November 2021, Michelle previously held the role of Manager Human Resources at BDO for a brief period in 2021 and returned to Karis Disability Services as Human Resources Manager from July 2018 to June 2021. Prior experience includes positions at Rogers Communications, where Michelle held the titles of Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Advisor, and at Research In Motion, beginning as an Environmental Health and Safety Analyst before advancing to Talent Advisor and Learning Specialist. Michelle holds a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies from the University of Windsor.
