Khairil Hanan Lubis is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as HRBP Manager at Amway Indonesia since September 2023 and as a part-time trainer for the Pra-Kerja program. Previously, Khairil held several key roles at Migo from May 2017 to September 2023, including Human Resources Manager and Talent Acquisition and Engagement Associate Manager, with a focus on recruiting and employee engagement. Earlier experience includes serving as a Policy Analyst at the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia, a journalist at PT Net Mediatama Televisi, and teaching as a Pengajar Muda in the Tanimbar Islands. Khairil has a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Universitas Sumatera Utara.
