Michelle Fournier has over two decades of experience in customer service and management roles. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Service at Kardex Remstar, a position held since July 2003, Michelle has previously advanced through various roles within the company, including Customer Service Manager and Field Service Administrator. Prior experience includes a tenure at Cognos from May 1999 to May 2003, where Michelle held the position of Registration Supervisor.
