Kellye Coleman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementation and coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation Specialist at Karbon since August 2022, Kellye leads the implementation of core software features, enhances team-wide adoption through training resources, and fosters long-term client relationships. As a Life and Leadership Coach since June 2020, Kellye develops group coaching initiatives and supports women in building confidence and impact. Previous roles include Freelance Assistant & Editor, Partner Advocate at Two Roads, and Outreach Coordinator at tnAchieves, where Kellye excelled in client onboarding, administrative support, and team development. Kellye holds a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Journalism from Elon University and has participated in the Knoxville Fellows Program.
