Marilia P. has extensive experience in quality assurance and microbiology, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Lead, Sensory Coordinator, and HACCP Coordinator at Karbach Brewing Co. since June 2015, where previous roles included Lab Technician III. Prior to this, Marilia P. worked as a Microbiologist I at the Houston Health Department from May 2012 to May 2015. Marilia P. holds a Master of Science (MS) in Food Science with a focus on Food Microbiology from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Microbiology from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
