Sarah Shannon is an experienced professional in communication and photography, currently serving as a Contributing Writer and Photographer for the Real Change Homeless Empowerment Project since April 2016, and as an Outreach Coordinator for the Karam Foundation since March 2016, focusing on outreach and events to support the mission of building a better future for Syria. Previous roles include Photographer at Elliott Bay Auto Brokers, where responsibilities included creating advertisements and managing website content, and Photographer with The Latah Eagle. Sarah also gained experience at WSU Creamery as a Store Associate, marketing at Be Well, Eat Well, Live Well, and contributed as a Photo Editor and Photographer for The Daily Evergreen. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Science Communication from Washington State University, earned in 2015.
