Francis Chu is currently involved in operations digitalization at Changi Airport Group since May 2024 and serves as a part-time marketing associate and tutoring manager at Kara Tutoring, where responsibilities include enhancing social media engagement and supporting financially disadvantaged students. Previous experience includes a human capital internship at SATS Ltd. focused on organizing Long Service Awards events, an administration assistant role at NUS Business School, and a brief position as a video transcriber at Bramble Pte Ltd. Francis is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the National University of Singapore, having completed the International Baccalaureate program at Anglo-Chinese School (Independent).
