Shayan Razzak has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as a Merchandiser at Lucky Textile Mills. From there, they worked at Dealtoday.pk as a Manager from February 2014 to August 2015. In 2013, they served as the General Manager at Travel Today. Finally, in 2015, they joined KAPRAY as the Head of Ecommerce.

Shayan Razzak completed their O Levels at The City School in 2003. Shayan then attended The British Council and obtained their A Levels in 2005. Later, they enrolled at the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in 2009. Shayan continued their education at the same institute and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing in 2011.
