Rachel Goins is the Director of Program Implementation for Tech Workplace Initiatives; in this role, she supports strategic planning and execution of projects. Rachel brings 13 years of experience drawing on improvement and implementation science to design, manage, and deliver research-based initiatives. This has included communities of practice, professional development training, and resource development–all through a lens of racial equity. Rachel also has expertise in logic model development and application, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to her role at the Kapor Center, she co-led national centers focused on personalized learning and ed tech and educator quality and provided subject matter expertise for place-based, anti-poverty programs. In her free time, Rachel enjoys serving her local community, returning to her New Orleans roots, and spending time with family.
