Richard Nabarro is a seasoned design professional with a diverse background in user experience and digital design. Currently serving as Lead UX Designer at Kaplan Financial Education since February 2019, Richard has previously held significant roles at Refinery Marketing Communications, where the development of the ClearPay identity was a notable achievement. As a freelancer from 2010 to 2018, Richard specialized in digital illustration, branding, and user interface design, working with clients such as Computer Arts Magazine and a South Korean brewery. Prior to freelancing, Richard contributed as the lead designer at Web Applications UK Ltd, focusing on visual communications and brand development. Other experiences include a junior designer position at The Neighbourhood, where insights into motion design were gained, and co-founding Neon Gravy, a creative design initiative. Richard holds a BA(Hons) in Graphic Design from The University of Huddersfield.
