Shabnam Mukhtarova is a marketing communications expert with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Marketing Communications Expert at Kapital Bank since December 2024, Shabnam previously held the position of Senior Marketing Communications Specialist at Baku Electronics from November 2023 to December 2024. Prior roles include Head of Traditional Marketing and Leading Specialist in Marketing Advertising at OBA Marketlər Şəbəkəsi, Marketing Consultant positions at both Rossmann Azerbaijan and Can-Pa MMC, and roles in marketing management and sales at Mover.az and AdsGarden.com, respectively. Shabnam began their career with an internship at DemirBank in early 2016. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics from Baku State University and current enrollment in a Master's degree program in Business Administration, specializing in Project Management, at Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
