Simon Lhermite is an experienced consultant and leader in transformation IT and digitalization, currently holding the position of Co-Leader for Digitalisation in Purchasing and Finance at KaOra Partners since December 2017. Simon has played a significant role in promoting robotic process automation (RPA) and organizational transformation, focusing on process positioning, tools, and operational support for consultants and HR. Previous roles include Consultant Manager at Sopra Steria Consulting, where Simon led change management and project management for various initiatives, and a managerial consultant role at ALENIUM CONSULTANTS, overseeing the deployment of eProcurement solutions. Simon's career began as a functional ERP consultant at DXC Technology, specializing in the implementation and migration of ERP systems across finance, sales, and purchasing domains. Simon holds two Master's degrees in Productique and Informatique from Université de Bordeaux.
