Charles Sinniger currently serves as Directeur at KaOra Partners, having joined the company in January 2024. Prior to this role, Charles worked at Wavestone as Senior Manager from October 2009 to January 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing reorganization projects from the initial framing phase to implementation, including the establishment of management structures and diagnostics. Charles began a career in finance as an Analyst at KPMG Transaction Services from July 2006 to August 2009, focusing on accounting and financial analyses for international acquisition and sale due diligence, alongside strategic market assessments. Earlier experience includes an internship at Total SA in the mergers and acquisitions cell and a project role at Calyon Americas, as well as a stint in auditing at Deloitte. Charles holds a master's degree in finance and strategy from ESCP Business School, a master's in finance and accounting from Sciences Po, and a Master’s Degree in History from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
