Sylviane Brasey-Badoud is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Partner at Canton de Berne since December 2019, Sylviane has previously held positions as an HR Business Partner and Spécialiste RH at Agroscope from November 2010 to December 2019, as well as an Assistante RH at Swisscom from April 2009 to October 2010. Sylviane holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the School of Management Fribourg (HEG-FR), earned in 2008, and a federal diploma as a specialist in human resources with a focus on personnel management from the Centre de Perfectionnement Interprofessionnel CPI, completed in 2011.
