Simon Lile is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales and marketing leadership within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the President of Business Unit Heating Systems at Kanthal since February 2024, Simon previously held the position of Sales and Marketing Director for the Strip Division at Alleima from August 2022 to January 2024, where Simon led a global team. Prior to Alleima, Simon spent over three decades at Sandvik Materials Technology, advancing through roles such as General Manager for multiple business units, including Welding and Precision Strip Asia, and leading global sales teams as Sales and Marketing Director for the Strip Division. Simon's educational background includes a First-Class Honors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Swansea University and secondary education from Duke of Yorks RMS.
