Per Thomas Lundal has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 as a Student Assistant at NTNU. Per Thomas then worked as a Summer Intern at Netcompany A/S in 2014. From 2015 to 2019, they joined Netcompany as a Consultant and later became a Senior Architect. In 2018, Lundal served as the Board Secretary at Grupo União na Capoeira Oslo. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Software Engineer at Kantega, starting from July 2019. Lundal also has prior experience as a Store Assistant at Biltema from 2006 to 2015.

From 2010 to 2015, Per Thomas Lundal pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
