Wadih Choueiri has a diverse work experience ranging from positions in customer success and client management to operations and project coordination. Wadih started their career at Antiochian Village Camp as a Challenge Course Director, where they developed and implemented new ideas and conducted Christian education lectures.
Wadih then worked at Northwest Airlines as a Customer Service Supervisor, responsible for handling check-in procedures, coordinating care for passengers with special needs, and managing ticketing changes.
Following that, they joined S & E Auto Mechanics as a Shop Manager, addressing customer issues, improving sales, and managing day-to-day operations.
Wadih then transitioned to OnForce, where they held multiple positions. As an Operations Coordinator, they served as a client interface, generated specifications, and acted as a liaison between business and clients. Wadih later became a Project Manager, responsible for team management, resolving escalated issues, and implementing process improvements. Finally, they served as an Engagement Manager, overseeing full-service customer support and collaborating with the VP of Operations on process improvement initiatives.
Subsequently, they worked as an Operations Consultant at Augment, LLC and as a Customer Success Manager at Coretelligent.
Their most recent position is with Kantata, where they started as a Client Success Coordinator and then became a Client Success Manager. The dates for their current role are ongoing.
Wadih Choueiri's education history begins with their high school education at Boston Latin Academy from 1996 to 2002, where they obtained their high school diploma. Wadih then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Criminal Justice at UMass Boston, the exact start and end dates of which are unknown. Later, in 2002 to 2003, they attended Northeastern University, where they also earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Criminal Justice.
In addition to their formal education, Choueiri has obtained several certifications. These include the "Growth Molecules FOUNDATIONS Level I Course & Exam Completion" from Growth Moleculesā¢, LLC in July 2022, and the "Academy Welcome Kit" from the same institution in May 2022. Wadih also obtained the "Advanced Skills and Standards" certification from Project Adventure in May 2005. There is one certification, "Situational Leadership II," for which the institution and the specific month and year of obtainment are unknown.
