Nick Coughlin

Senior Product Marketing Manager at Kantata

Nick Coughlin has a diverse work experience in various roles within the marketing and strategy fields. Nick started their career as a Business Development Representative at Epicor in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Global Marketing Intern at Graco. From 2015 to 2018, Nick worked at Thomson Reuters, first as a Strategy Analyst and then as a Senior Strategy Analyst. In these roles, they contributed to developing and executing growth strategies for Thomson Reuters' US Large and Medium Law Firm Segment.

In 2018, Nick joined K1 Investment Management as an Investment Professional, where they conducted market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities within the B2B software market.

Nick returned to Thomson Reuters in 2018 as a Senior Marketing Analyst, where they managed strategic initiatives for Thomson Reuters' Legal Professionals Marketing Technology and Services. From 2020 to 2022, they held the position of Product Marketing Manager, leading product and marketing initiatives for Thomson Reuters' Legal Professionals segments. Nick developed and executed strategies to drive sales and revenue growth for a portfolio of SaaS and content solutions.

Currently, Nick Coughlin is working as a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Kantata since 2022.

Nick Coughlin completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics & Business Management from the University of Minnesota in 2015. In 2023, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the USC Marshall School of Business, which they completed in 2025. During their educational journey, Nick also obtained several additional certifications, including an MBA Math Quantitative Skills Course from MBA Math in July 2023, and various certifications related to product marketing and management from institutions such as the Product Marketing Alliance and LinkedIn throughout 2022.
