Micha Patel has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. From 2014-2015, they worked as a Global Range Merchandising Assistant at Mothercare PLC. From 2015-2019, they were a Business Consultant at Atos. In 2019, they transitioned to a Digital Marketing Analyst position at Vitl. They then moved on to Kantata, where they began as a Business Consultant in 2020, progressed to Senior Business Consultant in 2021, and currently hold the position of Solutions Engineer.

Micha Patel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Loughborough University. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the "Change Managementā„¢ Foundation" certification from APMG International in May 2022. They also earned the "ITILĀ® Intermediate certificate in IT Service Transition" and "ITILĀ® Foundation certificate in IT Service Management" from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in July 2016 and January 2016, respectively.
