Marlena Huszczak is an experienced HR professional currently serving as People Director for Eastern Europe at Kantar since May 2016, where responsibility includes strategic HR and people transformation across multiple countries, including Czechia, Poland, Romania, Turkey, and Ukraine. Marlena is a Management Board member of Kantar Polska SA and previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer, overseeing strategic projects and transformations at Kantar Millward Brown and Kantar TNS in Poland. Prior roles include HR Director for Central Eastern Europe for Kantar's various operating brands, as well as HR Director and Board Member at TNS Polska, which involved overseeing HR and business results following a merger. Marlena's career began at TNS Pentor, progressing through various roles, including Business Development Director and Marketing Manager. Marlena holds multiple degrees, including an Executive MBA from the University of Illinois & Uniwersytet Warszawski, and a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources Management.
