Kartik Mani is an accomplished professional in real estate management and corporate services, currently serving as the Head of APAC Real Estate and Director at Kantar since March 2020, overseeing the company’s office portfolio across the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to Kantar, Kartik held significant roles at Cushman & Wakefield as Director in Global Occupier Services for Asia Pacific, managing high-profile corporate accounts with extensive real estate portfolios, and at Shell as Associate Director seconded to JLL, where major projects amounting to $1.1 billion were managed. Kartik's earlier career includes leadership positions at JLL, where responsibilities included business development and project management across APAC, as well as roles in architectural practices such as RSP Design Consultants and Chandavarkar and Thacker Architects. Educational credentials include an MBA in Marketing & Finance from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Architecture from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
