Hiba Rafid has over six years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Team Lead at Kantar since October 2017 after previously holding the position of Human Resources Generalist. Prior to this role, Hiba worked as a Human Resources Officer at Alpha Bank from October 2015 to January 2017. Hiba holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from جامعة دمشق, earned between 2010 and 2014.
