Michael Espinoza currently serves as the Freight and Rail Program Manager at the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) since March 2023. Prior to this role, Michael spent nearly a decade at BNSF Railway, where responsibilities included working as a Locomotive Engineer from August 2013 to March 2023.
