Robert Blehm possesses extensive experience within the Kansas City Missouri Police Department, having served in various capacities since 1994, including roles as Supervisor of the Employee Wellness Section, Robbery Detective, and Homicide Detective. In the current role since January 2018, Robert focuses on developing innovative wellness solutions for department members facing diverse challenges, such as mental health and retirement planning. Prior positions included conducting investigations for violent crimes and serving as a hostage negotiator. Robert's military background includes service as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force, working as an Aircraft Weapons and Munitions Specialist. Educational qualifications include multiple certificates in homicide investigations and interview techniques, alongside completion of a Criminal Justice program at the Kansas City Missouri Regional Police Academy.
