Craig Geffrey is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in operations management across various high-profile sports and entertainment venues. Currently serving as the Director of Retail Operations at KC Current since January 2024, Craig previously held the position of Store Director at Event Network, LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing retail operations for the Skydeck at Willis Tower. Prior roles include Director of Retail Operations for the United Center, managing retail for the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Blackhawks, as well as Director of Stores for the Seattle Mariners, where Craig developed strategic priorities for numerous retail locations. Craig's career also includes managerial roles in retail operations at the Peoria Sports Complex and at the Safeco Field Flagship Mariners Team Store. Craig holds a BA in Communications and Economics from Western Washington University and an AA in Business and Communications from Green River College.
