Ryan Johnson is an experienced IT professional, currently serving as an IT Specialist at the Kansas City Aviation Department since September 2018. In this role, Ryan has engaged in significant technical refresh initiatives, expanding expertise beyond previous roles in ISP support and management. Prior to this, Ryan worked at ISPN HelpDesk + Network Services for over 14 years, where positions included IT Senior Analyst and Tech Center Manager. Ryan holds a degree from Western Governors University, earned between 2017 and 2019.
