Richard Palmer has extensive experience in customer service, electronic payments, and retail technology spanning over three decades. Currently serving in the Kansas City Aviation Department in a customer service and security role, Richard previously held positions as a consultant for e-SNAP at the National Grocers Association and as a Senior Solutions Engineer and Director of Implementations Training and Operations at Balance Innovations. Richard's expertise includes overseeing sales support, implementation, and training for cash office solutions, as well as the design and development of innovative check conversion systems. Early career roles include customer support and sales at Midax, a Supermarket Sales Executive at RBS Lynk, and extensive management positions at Fleming Foods, where Richard developed and supported electronic payment programs for thousands of retailers. Additionally, Richard served as a Sergeant at the Platte City Police Department. Richard holds a degree from Park University.
