Mukesh Kumar Gautam currently serves as the Head of Plant Quality Control at Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd, a position held since February 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing the Quality Assurance and Control Department. Previously, Mukesh held the role of Key Account Techno Commercial at AkzoNobel from October 2011 to 2015, and served as Assistant Manager in R&D at Rajit Paints Ltd from August 2010 to September 2011, as well as Deputy Manager in R&D and Technical Services at Maharani Paints Pvt Ltd from December 2008 to July 2010. Mukesh began their career as Shift Incharge Executive for Production and Inprocess Quality at Berger Becker Coatings Private Limited from July 2005 to November 2008. Mukesh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Harcourt Butler Technical University (HBTU), Kanpur, earned in May 2005.
