Robert Shaw has extensive experience in field application engineering and technical sales support, currently serving as a Field Application Engineer at Kandou since October 2024. Previously, Robert held the position of Principal Field Application Engineer at Astera Labs, engaging with partners to implement solutions. Robert's career also includes roles as a Distinguished Field Applications Engineer at AMPERE COMPUTING EMPLOYER LLC and as a Senior Solutions Architect at AMD, focusing on customer-facing technical support. Prior experience encompasses positions at SHI International Corp. and NextIO, where Robert held various roles in sales engineering and customer support. Over a 12-year tenure at Advanced Micro Devices, Robert advanced through numerous roles, including management positions in hardware support and engineering. Robert holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems Management from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Park University, and an Associate's degree in Electronic Engineering Technologies from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
