Rotem Eichenvald Rishti has a diverse work experience in the field of environmental impact and research. From August 2013 to April 2018, Rotem worked as an Environmental Consultant at Kando, where they provided expert advice on environmental matters. They then transitioned to the role of a Research Engineer at Kando in April 2018, where they conducted research and implemented strategies for environmental improvement. In April 2021, Rotem was promoted to Head of Impact and Research at Kando, taking on additional responsibilities in managing impact projects. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Impact at Kando. Prior to joining Kando, Rotem briefly worked as an Environmental Health Specialist at the Ministry of Health Israel from September 2012 to December 2012.
Rotem Eichenvald Rishti initially pursued a field of study in Soil Science and Agronomy at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2007 to 2010. Following this, they furthered their educational journey by obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Environmental Science from the same university between 2010 and 2012.
