Roman Navarych is an experienced professional in software development, currently serving as Head of Department at SoftTeco since July 2012, with previous titles including Technical Team Lead, Architect, Deputy Head of the Android Department, and Senior FullStack Developer. Additionally, Roman has been a Senior FullStack Developer at Kanda Software since January 2019. Roman holds a Master's degree in engineering focused on Computer Software Engineering from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, obtained between September 2015 and February 2018, along with a degree as a Software Engineer from the same institution, earned from 2008 to 2013.
