Thiago Russo is an experienced agile professional specializing in Kanban methodologies. Currently serving as an Accredited Kanban Trainer at Kanban University and an Agile Leader and Kanban Coach at Grupo Boticário, Thiago has significantly contributed to organizational transformation initiatives and the maturation of products and services.
