Igor Novoseltsev is an experienced Agile Coach and Trainer currently serving at inDrive since June 2023, where responsibilities include driving transformations and developing business-oriented strategies. An Accredited Kanban Trainer with Kanban University since December 2020, Igor conducts various agile training programs. Previously, as Lead Agile Coach at OTP Bank, Igor led the Agile Coach Team and implemented frameworks for over 200 individuals. Additional roles at Alfa-Bank and L-Start focused on enhancing process transparency and managing engineering projects respectively. Igor holds an MBA in Production Management from the Moscow Technology Institute and an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Platov South-Russian State Polytechnic University.
