Yannick GALLOUIN has extensive experience in customer service and sales management, currently serving as the Customer Service Manager for Southern Europe at Paques BV since July 2011. Responsibilities include managing customer services such as technical maintenance, technological support, and overseeing the improvement and reconstruction of existing systems. Additionally, Yannick defines commercial strategies in alignment with the Services Manager for Europe. Previously, from September 1994 to June 2011, Yannick worked as an Advisor Engineer in wastewater treatment at PB Organisation, where expertise in technical consulting was developed.
