Erika Abbruzzese has accumulated diverse experience in human resources, counseling, and education through various internships and roles. At KaMin LLC, Erika completed three internships from May 2021 to August 2022, focusing on human resources. Additionally, Erika served as a Graduate Assistant at Science Adventure School from August 2022 to May 2024, a Counseling Intern at Waynesburg University from October 2023 to April 2024, and a House Director for Alpha Phi International Fraternity from August 2022 to December 2023. Prior roles include Intake Specialist at Bethel Haven (January 2022 - May 2022), Undergraduate Research Assistant at WAFER Lab (January 2021 - May 2022), and Residential Assistant at the University Housing of the University of Georgia (August 2020 - May 2022). Erika also has experience as a Human Resources Intern at Minutes 4 Moms (June 2021 - August 2021) and as a Gymnastics Coach at Precision South Gymnastics Academy (August 2017 - August 2019). Erika holds a Master of Arts in Counseling - Clinical Mental Health from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Georgia.
