Laura Perales currently serves as the Director of Professional Learning and Staff Development at Kamehameha Schools, a position held since June 2020. In this role, Laura provides a strategic framework to enhance employee skills and career advancement, focusing on tailored programs that meet campus needs. Prior to this, Laura was the Principal of Residential Life and also served as the Associate Director of Transitional Living at Milton Hershey School from November 2006 to June 2020. Laura Perales holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Innovation and Leadership from St. Thomas University, a Master's degree in Applied Child and Family Studies from Northern Illinois University, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Arizona.
