Theresa O'Callaghan has extensive experience in human resources and benefit programs, currently serving as the Executive Director of Benefit Programs and Corporate Human Resources at Kaman Corporation since January 2012. Prior to this role, Theresa held various positions at Emhart Glass from April 1999 to January 2012, including Sr. Director and Director of Benefit Plan Design & Communications. Previous experience includes serving as Benefits and Site HR Manager at Middlesex Hospital from November 1988 to April 1999 and as Manager of Human Resources Administration. Earlier in Theresa's career, roles included Sr. Compensation Analyst at The Hartford Insurance Group. Theresa O'Callaghan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bryant College and an MBA in Human Resources from Hartford Graduate Center – Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
