Rebecca Gray has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rebecca currently works at Kaluza as a Product Director, focusing on Client Experience and Integrations. Prior to this, they held positions at OVO Energy as a Product Manager, NatWest as a Product Manager, and The Retention People as a Product Manager. Rebecca also has experience as a Senior Product Manager at Kaluza and as a Product Owner/Customer Services Manager at Maxinity Software Ltd, where they were responsible for capturing requirements, generating user stories, and managing product releases. Before entering the product management field, Rebecca worked as a Teacher at Westfield Primary School and as a Customer Assistant at Marks and Spencer. Rebecca also gained experience as a Data Entry Clerk at Arcedia Direct. Rebecca Gray has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, General from the University of Bath, which they obtained from 2006 to 2009. Rebecca then completed a Postgraduate Certificate of Education in Middle Years Science from the same university from 2010 to 2011. In 2019, they attended General Assembly for a Product Management Accelerated program. Rebecca also has a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance.
