Rohit Raj is an experienced professional in human resources and industrial relations, currently serving as Manager HR/IR at Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited since June 2021. Prior roles include Associate Manager Human Resources at GMR Group from April 2017 to June 2021 and HR Manager at both RSPL Group and Era Infra Engineering Limited, serving in the latter role from November 2009 to January 2016. Rohit Raj holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Delhi University, a Bachelor of Laws in Labor and Industrial Relations from Magadh University, an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Asian College of Engineering and Technology, and a Master of Social Work from Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic Vishwavidyalaya.
