Ms. Anjali Seth has over 30 years of experience in advising top banks, financial institutions, and corporates on a range of matters including M&A, PE Investments, industrial and employee relations, corporate governance, real estate negotiation, legal matters, statutory issues, and litigations. She has been associated in various positions with International Finance Corporation, ANZ Grindlays Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Emmar Properties (UAE), and Swadhaar FinServe Limited. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Law.
