Shreyas Alai is a professional with extensive experience in channel sales and market research within the real estate sector. Currently serving as a Senior Executive at Kalpataru Limited since July 2014, Shreyas focuses on handling channel sales for Pune projects and is part of the team conducting market research and competitive analysis for the Ultra Luxury Project. Previously, Shreyas held the position of Senior Technical Officer at ICICI HFC MVG for a brief period in 2011, where responsibilities included customer and developer valuation and networking with stakeholders. Shreyas holds an MBA in Marketing from Indira Institute of Management Pune and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Sinhagad College of Engineering.
