Jan Wilmans is an accomplished C++ Coach and Software Architect with extensive experience in software development and engineering, currently leading initiatives in glass inspection and monitoring solutions at Vimec Applied Vision Technology and contributing to KESTREL Vision's global data-driven control and inspection systems. As the founder of debug.vision, Jan has authored an open-source project to assist software engineers in understanding debug information. With a history of contributions to CopperSpice and the CMake project, Jan also previously designed industrial automation solutions at Kind Technologies. Earlier roles include significant software architecture and engineering positions at PROMEXX Technical Automation, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Myquest, focusing on various advanced technologies. Jan holds an Ing degree in Information Technology from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
